Based out of Islamorada, he spends many of his days on the spectacular waters of the Florida Keys and Everglades National Park. Polite, professional and ultra-friendly, his sense of humor ensures his customers have an unforgettable day on the water. Having the skill to accommodate the veteran fly fisherman, yet also the patience to enjoy teaching children and beginning anglers, Captain Mark really enjoys his work and works hard to find fish. A member of Action Craft's pro-team, Yamaha Outboard's Saltwater pro-team, as well as the IGFA and the Florida Keys Guides Association, Captain Mark is dedicated to being involved in the fishing community. Starting in the New Year (2003), Tailspin Fishing Charters is expanding its operation to include more emphasis on Family fishing trips. With the addition of a new 1720 Carbon Kevlar Action Craft flats skiff, Captain Mark is able to accommodate three adults or the family consisting of Mom, Dad and two children. This allows for the whole family to go fishing and enjoy the day together, as we all know the value of quality family time. These trips are geared to get kids into fishing with a positive experience, and we recommend 1/2 day trips for them.
